The Senator Joseph I. Lieberman Conference & Lecture Series on Human Rights Practice is held at UConn’s Stamford campus.
The campus is on Broad Street between Washington Boulevard and Franklin Street, officially “1 University Place, Stamford, CT.”
When using GPS to get to the parking garage, the best address is 1194 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT. There is metered parking at $1/hour available in the garage. Parking is not enforced after 5PM.
From I-95 southbound, Exit 7
At the bottom of the exit ramp, continue straight until second traffic light. At that light, turn right onto Atlantic Street. Continue north on Atlantic Street to the intersection of Atlantic and Broad Streets. Turn left onto Broad Street. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Washington Boulevard (the campus is on that corner). At the first light, turn left into the parking garage. The campus is across the street.
From Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) southbound
Exit 34. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Long Ridge Road. Travel South on Long Ridge Road for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Cold Spring Road. Follow the road as it curves to the left and becomes Washington Boulevard. Continue on Washington Boulevard for approximately 1 mile. Turn right into the parking garage.
From I-95 northbound, Exit 7
At the bottom of the exit ramp, continue north. Turn left onto Atlantic Street. Continue north on Atlantic Street to the intersection of Atlantic and Broad Streets. Turn left onto Broad Street. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Washington Boulevard (the campus is on that comer). At the first light, turn left into parking garage.
